海康安防系统，大文件转移下载到本地保存
因为没有装公网FTP，思路变通为：将需要下载的文件，移动到WEB可下载文件的目录实操一：
1. 改名，去掉中文
mv 'bic_hf_20240829202000_V1.5.100-V1.5.120_核心服务2024年8月补丁集(补丁已内置工具，解压后使用内置工具安装，所有服务器必打).zip' bic_hf_20240829202000_V1.5.100-V1.5.120.zip
2. 移动到web可下载的目录下
mv bic_hf_20240829202000_V1.5.100-V1.5.120.zip '/opt/hikvision/web/opsMgrCenter/data/bic_download/products/iSecure Center_V1.5.100_20200630.20200723103539/download/gtpsappframework/'
3. 下载到本地，747MB，长期保存
https://101.52.127.27/bic/fileService/v1/products/iSecure%20Center_V1.5.100_20200630.20200723103539/download/gtpsappframework/bic_hf_20240829202000_V1.5.100-V1.5.120.zip
4. 删除服务器上的文件
实操二：
1. 寻找其他超大文件
find / -type f -size +1024M
找到
/home/hik/server/Source/components.rar
2. 拷贝到可下载目录，这两个文件应该为安装过程文件，不再需要
mv components.rar '/opt/hikvision/web/opsMgrCenter/data/bic_download/products/iSecure Center_V1.5.100_20200630.20200723103539/download/'
mv core.rar '/opt/hikvision/web/opsMgrCenter/data/bic_download/products/iSecure Center_V1.5.100_20200630.20200723103539/download/'
3. 构造可下载的链接，下载到本地，747MB，长期保存
